Ingredients: ½ cup dried pineapple, tightly packed; ½ cup dried apricots, tightly packed ;Pinch of cinnamon; 1 cup of cream cheese; Pinch of ginger; ¼ teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions: In the bowl of a food processor, mince the pineapple and apricots. Add the cream cheese, ginger,
cinnamon and vanilla and blend well. Refrigerate. The spread will keep, covered and refrigerated for
about one week.
